Leone Baron: “in 2050, the confidence gap to working on climate will be closed”
Leone Baron is the Community Lead at MCJ Collective – an organisation working to enable the flow of “information, ideas, and capital necessary to accelerate individual climate journeys.” She’s also the founder of Following the Footprints, a platform helping consumer goods companies to reduce their environmental impact. Her work focuses on designing support systems that build individuals’ confidence to act.
Last week, Leone introduced me to the concept of the ‘confidence gap.’
Below is a round up of the conversation we had, edited for brevity and clarity.
